Malo was a well known Sorcerer in the Hidden Village of Durandal. One night he summoned Daryl, Dranas, Gui, and Volkorn to mentor them further into their fields of expertise and their destiny that was written long ago; to help protect those who can not protect themselves from the overpowering Sorcerers of evil will.

Malo's Moving Mansion that travels around the Wastelands was their main sanctuary for their education and even showing Daryl how he too could control the houses movements after pouring his blood into the Blue Sphere in his upstairs study. He also built many extravagant training dungeons to help out the ROD get stronger and work as a team. Malo have been hard on them but even when showing them certain death all alone he still worried enough to give them his favorite minion Zeebo.

He was an old friend of Zarkan and Teegle and they called themselves TMZ when they were younger. He also does not do very well flying, as he gets sick. So he never had a Dragon to ride.

He is believed to have died in the destruction of Durandal.

There is still much to learn about Malo.
