Was in love with the dragon Sapphira. Supposedly went craze with rage when she supposedly died. Has been witnessed doing shady things but the ROD still lack actual proof of his alleged atrocities. one time Daryl scryed Zarkan and he was sleeping one time Daryl scryed Zarkan and it looked like he was resurrecting dead hill giants to build an army.
